Yorkshire Dales & Moors
Everyone loves a break in Yorkshire and clearly dog owners are no exception. Some of the UK’s best walks await in ‘God’s Own Country’, and there are beautiful beaches to explore alongside the wild moors too!
Northumberland Coast
A paradise for pooches and their owners, the wild coast of Northumberland boasts some of Britain’s best scenery and most dog-friendly beaches. Both Beadnell and Warkworth are proving very popular for summer!
Cornwall
A classic summer destination, Cornwall is always popular for its gentle climes, scenic coast and lovely walks. Port Isaac is shaping up to be particularly popular with dog owners this summer. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and enjoying Heritage Coast status, it’s a delight for dogs and their owners.
Dumfries and Galloway
If you want peace and quiet with a variety of places to explore with your pooch then the gorgeous green countryside, coast and amazing inland areas of Dumfries and Galloway are highly recommended. One of Scotland’s most beautiful corners is also amongst its most accessible!
Norfolk
Happisburgh offers one of Britain’s most beautiful and best dog-friendly beaches alongside its iconic lighthouse. You also have the beautiful North Norfolk coast as your playground too!
Gwynedd
Sparsely populated and very easy on the eyes, the Welsh county of Gwynedd is a complete delight for dogs and their owners. The more intrepid can explore the Snowdonia National Park, or you can visit the beautiful beaches – it’s a perfect pet-friendly playground.
